BEE- NEURODIVERGENT BUZZ

As members of GRANN, we are proudly auspiced under their non-profit social enterprise framework, which allows us to focus on our strengths - storytelling, connection, and advocacy - while being supported by GRANN’s infrastructure and values of autonomy, collaboration, and sustainability.

Bee is the heart and hum of BEE: Neurodivergent Buzz, where lived experience meets psychosocial support, creativity, and genuine connection.

As a psychosocial consultant and recovery coach, bee doesn’t “fix” people, because people are not problems to be solved. Instead, bee walks alongside individuals as they tune into their rhythm, build self-trust, and approach ways of living that feel authentically theirs.

Their work is grounded in neuro-affirming, trauma-informed practice, where difference is not only accepted but celebrated. Bee supports people to explore their sensory worlds, communication styles, and emotional landscapes, not through clinical lenses, but through curiosity, compassion, and co-creation.

Every session, project, or conversation with bee feels less like therapy and more like tending a garden, where self-understanding, community, and creativity are nurtured in gentle, sustainable ways. Whether guiding individual journeys, consulting with organisations, or creating new pathways for inclusion, bee brings an energy that says:

“You already hold your wisdom. I’m just here to help you hear it.”

Through this work, bee helps make visible what’s too often unseen- the quiet brilliance, strength, and potential of Autistic and otherwise Neurodivergent minds and hearts.

Bee brings a grounded, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to their practice, shaped by lived experience of multiply Neurodivergent and Queer identity, chronic illness, along with an intersectional blend of academic knowledge and professional training.

With a Diploma in Business Leadership & Management, a Diploma in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice, bee’s background bridges systems-level thinking with people-centred, rights-based care.

They also hold a Certificate III in Business Entrepreneurship, a Certificate III in Business, and a Certificate III in Community Services - adding layers of practical development to their trauma-informed work supporting Autistic, Neurodivergent, and multiply marginalised communities.

Bee is currently deepening their practice through postgraduate study in both a Master of Rehabilitation Counselling and a Master of Teaching (Primary), reflecting their commitment to inclusive, justice-informed education and care across the lifespan.

Whether you're navigating systems, seeking support, or just want to share space with someone who gets it, bee is here to meet you where you are - with compassion, clarity, and curiosity.
