• supports flexible, strengths-based participation

• reinvests into community outcomes and GRANN’s mission

Contributors:

• engage through separate agreements

• are offered opportunities for paid work

• participate in program delivery, creative work, or consulting

• funds are used for public benefit

• conflicts of interest are identified and managed

• community members and contributors are protected
