Governance & Transparency Statement

Gladstone Region Autistic & Neurodivergent Network Inc. (GRANN) is a not-for-profit, neuro-affirming charitable association established for public benevolent purposes. GRANN operates in accordance with its Constitution, the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld), and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) Governance Standards.

Membership of GRANN does not constitute employment. Participation in GRANN programs, volunteering, or governance roles is separate from any paid work opportunities.

GRANN also operates a Social Enterprise, which provides optional, paid opportunities for Autistic and Neurodivergent individuals through independent contributor or contractor arrangements. Participation in the Social Enterprise is subject to separate agreements and does not create an employment relationship unless explicitly stated.

All income generated through GRANN activities and its Social Enterprise is reinvested into furthering GRANN’s charitable purposes, including community connection, advocacy, peer support, and systemic change.
